Assistant Manager/Director for Health Club
Purpose and Scope:
To lead a profitable club with honesty and integrity, upholding the mission statement and Guiding Principles of FITLAB Fitness Club; to exceed all personal and club sales quotas; to inspect what is expected; and to create WOW moments for members, guests, and other team members.
Oversee and role model proper execution of daily appointments.
Train and coach staff with daily meetings, performance contracts, praising and reprimanding where needed, anticipating and addressing problems in a timely manner
Inspect the Guest Register, Appointment Book, Future Appointment Book, Lead Box Book, and telephone Inquiry Book daily, and keep the Manager Production Book updated in your office at all times.
Personal Skills:
Must be passionate about the fitness industry
Must be a skilled and persuasive communicator
Must be personable and friendly with all personality types
Must be detail oriented
DAYCARE ATTENDANT
Description:
We are looking for energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Daycare Attendant to join the FITLAB team. This is a great position for a candidate looking to work with children.
Responsibilities
- Greet and service members and their children in a friendly and professional manner
- Attentively and promptly respond to kids needs
- Maintain an orderly the daycare
- Provide a safe and comfortable environment for all children
- Ensure an interactive environment between all children
Qualifications
- Must possess proven experience in working with children of multiple age ranges in a group setting
- CPR certification or a willingness to obtain a CPR certification within 60 days of employment.
- A warm and patient demeanor along with excellent communication and multi-tasking skills are essential
- Reliable, professional, energetic, and friendly
- Interested in working and taking care of children

- Build client base through conducting fitness assessments and demonstrating the value of personal training, including safe and proper exercise techniques

- Motivate and inspire clients to get results through goal setting, frequent follow-up, and re-assessments to show progress
- Provide hospitality to all members
Qualifications

- Understand principles of physical fitness and proper exercise technique
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Possess or be willing to learn sales skills
- Ability to self-promote and network
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
- Adjust and operate fitness equipment
- Personal Trainer experience preferred but not required
