I joined this gym before the Merrimack facility opened many years ago, when the locations were all Gold's. The re-opening as FitLab includes upgrades to the best quality and variety of equipment in Southern NH, as well as new options you only pay for if you choose to use them.
The new Hammer Strength machines are better than all other types, and there is enough room to spread out and use free-weights and Smith machines safely.
The members have been consistently easy to get along with for years, with a wide range of ages, both men and women.
A comfortable environment.
20+ continuing years and I just renewed again.

Recently I moved to Hudson and needed to find a place local that had all the equipment I needed for body building and circuit training. Not only does Fit lab in Hudson have all the necessary equipment, they are serviced regularly and kept clean. The people are friendly and its not overcrowded. Which means no waiting around to use a machine or people jumping on the bench every time you get a drink. The staff is friendly and helpful trainers are always available for service or answer to questions.

Goffstown is a great gym. Equipment is great and exactly what you need. Everything is very straight forward and the staff is always super friendly. Best part is that you never have to wait for equipment.

Great place to work out! Staff is friendly and helpful. Personal trainers are knowledgeable and experienced. Workouts have always been we'll adjust to be callenging based on fitness level and goals. Building itself could use some updating. Equipment could use some updating as well but everything is functional. I also wish they would expand the gym.

if you need to cancel it’s a nightmare!! when I needed to cancel I called and let them know I moved and could no longer come. They said I had to cancel it in person, next time we were in the area which was months later I went in to cancel and they handed me a card that had my agreement number on it and said I had to cancel by calling customer service. I did and listened to about 5 minutes of automated messages til I got a representative. She then tried to convince me to freeze my account and I would be charged $10 a month to hold it til I wanted it again. I declined and then after verifying all of my information she said I could only cancel by email, letter or certified letter. I asked if we could just take care of it over the phone as it’s already been so complicated and she declined my request saying that is against their policy. I sent my email. I will never re-join this gym. I’ve been part of planet fitness before and had to cancel due to moving and all I did was ask to cancel and they did it. If you’re torn between gyms go with planet fitness.

Really wish you guys had a hex bar! Shouldn't be a huge investment for a gym. But the selection of equipment is very nice and covers a variety of training goals. If you're here to train for sports, lose weight, bulk, or whatever, there are options. Kind of small and crowded but I wrote that in a previous review and of course many machines need to be accommodated in a somewhat small space. Anyway I just really want a hex bar.

I felt so comfortable walking into the gym and being greeted by Clark! Such an awesome personality and so helpful! Gyms can be intimidating but I felt really comfortable on my tour. I signed up that day. I'm really happy!! Thanks Clark!!

I signed up for this gym in Feb 2017. This wasn't a bad gym to start. They do a great job making it look good to sign you up. They will honor the free membership offer if you meet the tight guidelines, but you have to make sure they honor it with a new contract.
Right away you start to notice that a lot of the nice equipment and great layout was hiding some major flaws. A lot of the treadmills are broken. Most of the equipment is run down. And the place is always crowded, which makes for a negative experience.
Some of the staff are helpful and friendly and some are downright rude and arrogant. I was once yelled at by one of their trainers because I wouldn't get off the station I had been working circuits on and around for 10 minutes so that his client could use it.
In addition, when I told them to stop using my account to charge my ex-wife's membership, they just didn't do it. When I called them on it a couple months later (my fault for assuming they'd complete the request as asked) I was told I would get a refund for the amount that they took unauthorized from my account. I never saw any of the couple hundred dollars they owed me.
Do not recommend.

I LOVE the Merrimack FITLAB. The staff is awesome and really nice and helpful despite one who rather socialize.
I really like that theirs a woman's gyms only. It's really comforting and a good place to meet other people working hard on their "summer bodies".
I also really like how friendly the members are and how they will give you advice on what exercises to do for certain areas of your body.
I really love fitlab and I will keep going until I'm at the weight that I want to be and then I will keep going to keep my body toned up!! I can't forget to mention that I do love the tanning also.
