Fitlab Fitness Clubs Are New Hampshire’s Most Inspiring Gyms, With More Space, More Classes and More World-class Trainers and Instructors Than Any Other Health Club in the State
I've been a member at FITLAB Nashua for over a year now and just completed a 6-Week FT Challenge as part of the new Functional Training Program. I cannot say enough about how much I loved this program and the trainers. I have never had the opportunity to have personal training and group fitness classes like these and they were incredible. The FT community and the trainers were so supportive and encouraging despite how challenging and tough the classes were. Randy, Matt and the other trainers I worked with pushed me individually as well as the group as a whole, making sure we were being challenged while focusing on form and correct movement. Highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to change up their routine, improve their endurance/strength, or lose weight. They make sure to keep your individual fitness goals a priority while adapting to every fitness level from beginner to experienced athletes. Thank you for all you taught me about myself and what I'm capable of, for introducing me to the awesome people in the FT community and for the opportunity to work with some great trainers. Awesome experience!
Thank you to the incredibly generous members of FITLAB Hudson for donating Christmas presents to the children of Family Promise at Anne Marie House. These children, who have experienced homelessness, will have a wonderful Christmas thanks to your generosity! Dana and his team are an awesome group of caring folks!
Good gym. Staff is friendly. Equipment is okay, could use a few more toys and a little more open space. They have a sled, but no way/place to use it. Good if you're an average Joe but lacking if you are a serious lifter. The Manchester location (both staff and members) should come and take note of proper gym cleanliness and etiquette.
Great experience. Friendly staff, clean facility. Very upfront and transparent with their membership rates and a no pressure attitude. I was scared to join a gym again because I've always heard horror stories but working with Eric eased those fears and I was glad I joined. I'd still be a member if my work didn't relocate me out of the area.
I highly recommend FitLab Milford. Such a wonderful gym for the town.
I've been a member for 3 years and will probably continue since it works for me. I legitimately enjoyed FitLab to the point I signed my wife up as well. Within the last 3 months a lot has changed. My wife signed up for a boxing lesson and the guy no showed. She rescheduled and another no show. The fitness classes she liked were removed. The gym is no longer 24 hours. My wife is now stuck with a membership she won't use as she went elsewhere. Lots of new equipment but lots of old as well. Break downs are common and the benches have tears in the fabric. Hope things turn around.
EDIT RESPONSE: A bit inconvenient to me? How tone deaf are you? And the hours weren't to clean the place or fix broken equipment, you can still do that at night with the place open, its obviously to cut costs so please don't try to act like you are helping your customers because you are not.
At first the 24 hour gym I thought I was signing up for was good. The staff is friendly, the shake bar is pricey but very good and going later in the night was nice because it wasn't packed and you didn't have to wait to use equipement. However all of a sudden, without much notice, the gym shortened their hours. This is very inconvenient for me, working a night shift, as I go to the gym at all hours of the day depending on my sleep schedule. If I had known about these hours changing I would have never signed up to begin with. Also I have started to noticed a lot of equipment has been broken for a significant amount of time and not been fixed. While there isn't really a problem with the cleanliness of the gym, because that is almost what you expect, the locker rooms aren't very clean. All of this I definitely would have been able to deal with, and would recommend to people, had they not switched their hours. Being there this week as they closed at 11pm with many other people there trying to work out is extremely frustrating.
This is the worst fitness place probably in the New Wngland region. I have been to a lot of gyms in my past, and been at least somewhat satisfied with how the gyms are run. This one, HECK NO!!! The staff is a complete joke. The manager here is a disgrace to his fitness members in general. Signing up was my worst mistake, because by signing up for a membership here means you are signing up for a lifetime membership. The gym is filthy, always has a NASTY stench to it, and almost every employee/Manager is just down right rude. And when you try to cancel, they don’t let you!!!!! They tell you to go to another company to call, which they say is “easy”. My butt. You call and email this other company to cancel your membership, they tell you it’s cancelled, then you get charged for the next month, and the next, and the next, even after following all their directions. Then I came to speak with the a**h*** Manager, and he tells me to go back to this other company, because he can’t help, and then tells me he has to take a phone call, and pretends to answer a phone, and I know that because he dropped his cell phone and it was on his home screen, not a phone call screen. WORST GYM AND MANAGER EVER!!!!!
Been a part of this gym for quite some time now! Absolutely love the large workout space and the ease of parking. They are constantly improving equipment which is a plus and the amount of equipment and weights are perfect. I often go during a peak time but never have troubles with overcrowdedness, which helps me accomplish my workouts in a timely manner. Staff always has smiles and are engaging. The patrons are all very nice as well. Always my favorite place a workout.
